On 4 February 2021, our international students visited ROHTO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (ROHTO) online. The purpose of this visit was to find career opportunities and to gain valuable advice by ROHTO. After warm opening remarks by the Global Human Resource Development Team, we learned the characteristics of ROHTO including the key mission, which was clarified into Challenge and Globalization. At the information session, some senior international employees gave wonderful speeches. Moreover, we learned the recruitment process for international employees at ROHTO. Our international students actively asked questions related to their future career in the Q&A. This online visit was supported by the International Affairs Committee of the Graduate School of Science.
