Professor Yoichiro Nambu, who guided the contemporary physics over 50 years and
received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2008, passed away on 5 July 2015. He spent
his last several years for research and education as the honorary distinguished
professor at Osaka University. In this symposium we get together to track Nambu’s
achievements and find hints for future developments in physics.
